ABOUT US
Yu & Associates Collaborative is a Chicago-based architectural and interior studio with a deep appreciation for honest and practical designs. We specialize in custom residential, multi-family developments, and small commercial design. We are adventurous but remain people-centric and site-specific when it comes to serving our clients. Our team is particularly interested in creating timeless solutions through a collaborative process.
Although the large-window, open-concept modernism has taken over in recent years, our approach to design has not changed. We are not committed to any particular style or movement, as we constantly seek new challenges as we work on projects in a range of locations throughout the United States. We tailor our services toward each specific client and location to create simple and beautiful places that make sense. Our studio believes in design as a way to bring families together, allow businesses to grow, and communities to thrive. Our design philosophy revolves around sensory, value, and sustainability. Not only do we deliver buildings and spaces that feel good to be in and around, but we also understand the economic parameters associated with each project. Our goal of designing aesthetically appealing projects within budget while adding value pushes us to come up with innovative solutions in every aspect. Lastly, with a sustainable-minded attitude, we recognize the importance and social responsibility of utilizing green building materials and technologies. 我们会说中文! |
